#AQUA2024 in Copenhagen - "Alternative Ingredients and Material Processing"
Last week, AQUASOJA had the pleasure of attending #AQUA2024 in Copenhagen, where we proudly sponsored a technical session on "Alternative Ingredients & Raw Material Processing". This topic is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of providing high-quality, sustainable, and innovative fish feed solutions.
During the event, we also had the opportunity to present key advancements in some of our R&D projects:
- Sara Magalhães, our Technical Manager, showcased a study on the effects of a functional additive on the stress response and meat quality of European seabass when used in short-term feeding before slaughter.
- Our partners from #CIIMAR presented the results from some collaborative projects with AQUASOJA, focusing on the inclusion of insect oil and algae extracts in functional feeds for European seabass and Gilthead seabream.
